Admin if the pad is free and you want the least reading. Dual Ultimate if Admin is camped and you still want an S-border kit. Jester if you actually enjoy stance memory. Do not wait on the Admin icon for three deaths. Pads are shared; bodies are not.

Road Rogue, Xester, Velxex, and Cadillac remain mid-roster identities on named movesets. They are who you play when both S-border pads are blocked, not replacements for Dual Ultimate.
